My Services

  • I can help you think through critical aspects of your work at any stage of the project. I excel at asking questions that enhance the quality of your project, whether it is sharpening your research questions or thinking through the “so what?” aspect of your work.

I also have experience with survey and interview instrument development, grant proposals, budget justifications, and responding to reviewer feedback.

  • I have 8 years of experience in quantitative and qualitative data analysis.

For quantitative research, I can help you clean existing datasets and analyze your data using SPSS or STATA.

For qualitative research, I am skilled in thematic analysis and other qualitative methods, such as grounded theory. I have extensive experience with semi-structured, intensive interviewing. I have previously conducted interviews on two separate projects in community settings and two separate projects in practitioner settings.

  • None of the above would matter without the ability to report your findings in an appropriate tone for the intended audience.

I have published in both academic journals and public policy reports. I have also presented my work at academic and practitioner conferences, including the American Probation and Parole Association.

  • I also offer training and technical assistance for your organization. This service could entail an hour-long workshop on conducting qualitative research. It could also involve a more time-intensive partnership where I connect you to like-minded individuals and organizations to talk through the obstacles your organization is facing.
